In this application, you can easily edit the faces of your characters. There are 2 versions of each face: the first version, which is the one that is displayed in the base game, and the second version, which is the version that is displayed in Awakening.
In order to use this app, you will need to download it. Once you have done that, you can use it to change the faces of your characters. It is very easy to use, and you will not need to make any changes to your characters.
The files that are required to make the application work are hm_cps_p01.mop and hf_cps_p01. You will need to place them in the Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override folder.
You will need to open the toolset, click on the file, click on open file, than open a save game file you want to edit (make sure you have backup saves) in your My Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Characters/"YourCharacterNames".
